Maybe they should be moved to other areas of the platform. I have actually found that to be the one thing across the entire platform that actually works as you would expect. The thing that does work really well with large files is the web interface upload. The auto upload feature on the app that is meant to upload photos and videos, simply doesn't work with large files. The Support link in the ipad app just goes to a black page with nothing on it. If you want to sort files you have to go to the web interface for some reason. Added to that, the options for sorting are terrible and non-existent in the app. I first identified this issue back in 2020 and it is still unresolved within the environment. Oh, and that same feature does not work on the web interface either. This make file management within the App pointless once videos are a part of the file set. This makes it impossible to review a video amongst hundreds of videos just to see what it is. Currently, ALL videos I load are treated as unknown files and have no thumbnails and will not play within the icedrive environment. The App on iPad or iPhone or Mac is unstable. The issue is that everything is poorly executed at almost every turn.
